At Rare Rides Company, the privacy of our customers and visitors to our websites is of extreme importance to us, and as such, the process by which we handle your personal information is taken very seriously. Log Files

Like many other Web sites, rarerides.com, blog.rarerides.com, and shop.rarerides.com make use of log files. Comments

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Who we share your data with

We may share your personal information for the purposes of fulfilling orders, complying with required government or other required audits, state Departments of Motor Vehicles, and law enforcement. We may also disclose your personal information to our employees in order for them to perform our business, and we take necessary precautions to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we retain your data

We retain your personal information for as long as required to conduct business with you. We are also bound to requirements set forth by state and federal government record retention laws. 

If you leave a comment on our website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What rights you have over your data

You are able to review or update any personal information we hold on you by contacting us. If you have left comments, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
